Romil Ratra

Romil Ratra is the Executive Director and CEO at Graviss Hospitality Ltd. He manages and oversees all aspects of the Group’s existing hospitality businesses, along with working towards launching and overseeing new ventures.
Romil began his association with the Graviss Group in 2005 when he joined the Intercontinental Hotel, Marine Drive, as the Director of Food and Beverage. In 2008, he became the Senior Vice President at Graviss Hospitality. In 2012, he became the CEO.
After a brief stint at other organizations, Romil rejoined Graviss Hospitality in 2020, where he is now the Executive Director and CEO.
Before rejoining Graviss, Romil was the Managing Director of Hospitality at Phoenix Mills Ltd. in Mumbai. He has also worked with the Taj Group.
Romil is a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai. A passionate foodie and travel junkie, Romil dabbles with inventive bartending, cooking, and loves appreciating fine single malts.
