Nilesh Patil

General Manager – Factory Operations, Graviss Foods

Nilesh Patil is the Deputy General Manager at Graviss. Having been associated with the Group for over 15 years, Nilesh manages Quality Assurance, R&D, and Projects. He has an overall work experience of over 23 years.

During his journey with the Group, he has been a part of revamping the Kwality brand in the UAE, the start of the new Baskin Robbins Impulse Products in India, the first-ever exports of Baskin Robbins products to the UAE market, amongst other major milestones.

Before joining Graviss, Nilesh has also worked at HUL, Range Foods, Tru Frut Natural Ice Creams.

A dairy technologist by profession, Nilesh has been awarded the Gold Medal by the Dairy Science Institute in Mumbai. He is also a certified yoga teacher from Bhartiya Yog Vidya Dham, Nasik.
