Payal Parikh is an experienced HR professional with over 16 years of experience. Her association with Graviss began in 2020, where she is credited with building strong relations through stakeholder management, as well as having a strong employee connection. Her core competence is her ability to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, subject matter expertise along with strong execution abilities.

Her main responsibility is to grow and bring out the best in the company’s human capital via talent acquisition and management, leadership and organizational development, employee engagement, etc.

Before joining Graviss, Payal worked with Emerson Automation Solutions India and has dabbled in various HR Management and Leadership positions.

Payal holds a B.Com degree from HR College, Mumbai, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the prestigious NMIMS, Mumbai. In her spare time, she enjoys good music, travelling, and is also a food connoisseur.
