Harsh Varma is the Managing Director- Real Estate, Corporate Legal & Compliance at Graviss Group. A lawyer by profession, Harsh has 28 years of experience in operations, business development, finance, legal and corporate matters across various organizations in the hospitality and real estate industries. With Graviss, he has played a key role in growth and value addition to the different projects, legal and compliance matters.

Harsh holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai, followed by an LLB degree in Corporate and Criminal Law from the University of Mumbai, along with a diploma in Hotel Management, Hotel Operations from the Oberoi School of Hotel Management. Before joining the Graviss Group, Harsh had successful stints at the Oberoi, Ascott Group, Oakwood International, Dusit International, Bombay Realty and the Lodha Group.

He is also a certified auditor of the Malcolm Baldrige Award for Organizational Excellence.
