Nisar Premji

Director – R&D at Graviss Group

Having spent 43 eventful years with Graviss group, Nisar Premji is currently a Director on the board of the Group companies. He also offers his advice, guidance, and support in technical matters related to food businesses. As a food scientist and technologist, he supports the Group in new factory projects, product development, product quality, cost improvements, factory operations, etc.

During his association with the Group, he has earned a lot of noteworthy accolades- the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Indian Ice Cream Manufacturers Association, the Lifetime Achievement Award for superlative performance by the Graviss Group, the Soft Freeze Patent for research in fruit processing, to name just a few of his achievements.
Before joining Graviss, he also worked as a chemist at Dr Writers Chocolate and Canning Company.

Nisar is known to be passionate, someone who has a strong desire to continuously learn new things. A pat on the back from his associates and well-wishers keeps him going!
He holds a BSc. and a BSc. in Food Technology from the University of Mumbai. Outside the workplace, he ensures 2.5 hours of exercise every day and engages in social work.
